Taekwondo is one of the most popular martial arts in the world, we are proud to add it to our list of programs. Students will find themselves in an exhilarating environment that combines high intensity workouts with practical self defense training. 

Students may enroll in Taekwondo independently, or as part of our all-inclusive self defense program encompassing training in several martial arts.

Our school is the Headquarters of the American Jidokwan Association, an official branch of the World Taekwondo Jidokwan Federation! 

Jidokwan is one of the oldest styles of Taekwondo, and our program is designed to preserve the traditional art while incorporating innovative training methods to maximize our student's experience and results. 

All of our Taekwondo instructors are internationally certified by the Jidokwan World Headquarters in Korea!
